Bachelor of Technology in Estate Management

  1. SSSCE Applicants: Credit Passes (A-D) in six (6) subjects comprising three core subjects, including English Language and Mathematics, plus three (3) relevant elective subjects.
  2. WASSCE Applicants: Credit Passes (A1-C6) in six (6) subjects comprising three core subjects, including English Language and Mathematics, plus three (3) relevant elective subjects.
  3. GCE “O” and “A” Level Passes in three (3) subjects (at least, one of the passes should be Grade D or better). Also, the applicant must have had credit passes (Grade 6) in five GCE Ordinary Level subjects including English Language, Mathematics and a Science subject (for non-science students) and an Arts subject (for Science students).
  4. HND and Diploma holders

      1. HND Estate Management (Pass or Better)
      2. Applicants with second class lower would be required to attend an interview.
      3. Applicants with Pass would be required to have a minimum of two (2) years working experience and attend an interview.

Mature Applicants Must be 25 years old with legitimate documentary proof which is at least five (5) years old at the time of application, must pass Mature Students’ Entrance Examinations conducted by KsTU, may have to attend and pass an interview. Evidence of working experience will be an added advantage.
  6. Foreign Applicants: Academic records of foreign applicants will be referred to GTEC for the determination of qualification equivalence and eligibility for admission as well as placement
