Entry Requirements 

1. SSSCE Applicants Passes (A-D) in Core Subjects (English Language, Mathematics, Integrated Science/Social Studies) plus three (3) Elective Subjects in the following groups; Business, General Arts, Visual Arts, Home Economics, Agriculture Science, Technical, General Science or equivalent.
2. WASSCE Applicants Passes (A1-C6) in Core Subjects (English Language, Mathematics and Integrated Science/Social Studies) plus a minimum of (C6) in three (3) Elective Subjects in the following groups; Business, General Arts, Visual Arts, Home Economics, Agriculture Science, Technical, General Science or equivalent.
3. GBCE Applicants Credit Passes (A-D) in six (6) subjects comprising three core subjects including English Language and Mathematics plus three (3) relevant elective subjects
4. GCE “O” and “A” Level Five (5) credits including English Language, Mathematics and three (3) other subjects in GCE ‘O’ Level as well as three (3) GCE 'A' Level passes.
5. HND and Diploma Applicants
   
   1. Applicants with HND in Purchasing and Supply (Minimum Second-Class Lower) will be admitted to start from level 300.
   2. Applicants with Two-Year Diploma in related programme with Minimum of Second-Class Lower will be admitted into second year (Level 200) of the programme
6. Mature Applicants Must be 25 years old with legitimate documentary proof which is at least five (5) years old at the time of application, must pass Mature Students’ Entrance Examinations conducted by KsTU, may have to attend and pass an interview. Evidence of working experience will be an added advantage
7. Foreign Applicants Academic records of foreign applicants will be referred to GTEC for the determination of qualification equivalence and eligibility for admission as well as placement.
