Entry Requirements 

1. SSSCE Applicants Holders who have credits (A-D) in the following three (3) core subjects: English Language, Mathematics and Integrated Science plus credits (A-D) in three elective subjects in the relevant area of study (Including General Agriculture, General Science, General Arts, Home Economics, Business Visual Arts), are eligible to apply for the programme.
2. WASSCE Applicants Holders who have credits (A1-C6) in the following three (3) core subjects: English Language, Mathematics and Integrated Science plus credits (A1-C6) in three elective subjects in the relevant area of study (Including General Agriculture, General Science, General Arts, Home Economics, Business Visual Arts), are eligible to apply for the programme.
3. GCE “O” and “A” Level must have Five (5) Credits at the GCE 'O' Level, including English and Mathematics, three (3) GCE 'A'-Level passes, and a pass in General Paper would be an advantage.
4. HND and Diploma Applicants
   
   1. Holders of HND in Agribusiness and Entrepreneurship certificate or any Agriculture-related certificate with a minimum of second-class lower will be admitted to level 300.
   2. Holders of accredited Diploma in Agribusiness or Agriculture-related certificates with a minimum of second-class lower will be admitted to level 200.
5. Mature Applicants Must be 25 years old with legitimate documentary proof which is at least five (5) years old at the time of application, must pass Mature Students’ Entrance Examinations conducted by KsTU, may have to attend and pass an interview. Evidence of working experience will be an added advantage
6. Foreign Applicants: Academic records of foreign applicants will be referred to GTEC for the determination of qualification equivalence and eligibility for admission as well as placement
