Dr. Adam Misbawu is currently a lecturer at the Department of Electrical/Electronic Engineering, Kumasi Technical University. He obtained Higher National Diploma (HND) in Electrical and Electronic Engineering, majored in Power Systems, at Kumasi Technical University (Formerly Kumasi Polytechnic) in 2003, BSc Electrical and Electronic

Engineering Degree, majored in Power Systems at Kwame Nkrumah University of Science and Technology in 2011, MEng Power Electronics and Power Drives and PhD in Traffic Information Engineering and Control at Wuhan University of Technology, Wuhan, China in 2015 and 2019 respectively.

Misbawu worked with Electrical and Electronic Engineering Department of Kumasi Technical University from February, 2005 to April, 2016 as Senior Technician and was upgrade to the position of a lecturer in April 2016 till date, after graduated with master degree. He has taught courses like Power Systems and Network Analysis at the HND level, Engineering Mathematics and Power Systems at the Electrical and Electronic Technician (EET) level and continues to lecture on Electrical Machines and Industrial Electronics at the HND and BTech levels.
